By interacting with our smart contracts, deploying capital into our tiers, or otherwise utilizing the proprietary technology provided by verdantstonePrivate, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the following legally binding terms.

1. Eligibility and Jurisdictional Sovereignty

The proprietary architecture of verdantstonePrivate is restricted exclusively to registered private clients, accredited individuals, and approved corporate entities. By accessing our platform, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction to participate in advanced digital asset programs. You further warrant that your deployment of capital does not violate any local laws, restrictions, or economic sanctions in your country of residence.

2. Cryptographic Compliance & Capital Origin

VerdantStone Private operates strictly within a decentralized, cryptographic ecosystem. By connecting your custody structures to our desk, you explicitly warrant that all capital allocated to our quantitative engines derives from legitimate, sovereign sources. All operations are validated natively via cryptographic ledger signatures. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for capital originating from illicit or blacklisted smart contracts.

3. Capital Deployment, Settlements, and Liquidity Routing

All financial transactions represent private, decentralized execution agreements between the client and our quantitative infrastructure.

• Capital Allocations: Allocations are processed natively via supported cryptographic smart contract networks. You maintain sole responsibility for ensuring the absolute accuracy of your destination addresses.

5. Intellectual Property & Proprietary Quantitative Technology

The algorithms, trading desk scripts, mathematical models, glassmorphism interfaces, branding, and all digital assets contained within verdantstonePrivate are the exclusive intellectual property of our firm. You are strictly prohibited from copying, reverse-engineering, scraping, distributing, or commercially exploiting any aspect of our proprietary quantitative architecture.

6. Fiscal Autonomy & Taxation

verdantstonePrivate operates as a private technology infrastructure and does not deduct, withhold, or report taxes on behalf of its counterparties. You acknowledge that it is your exclusive responsibility to account for, report, and remit any relevant income, capital gains, or digital asset taxes generated from your portfolio execution to the appropriate fiscal authorities in your local jurisdiction.

7. System Security & Cryptographic Key Responsibility

While VerdantStone Private deploys enterprise-grade encryption, isolated network environments, and secure socket layer protections to defend the platform integrity, you remain entirely responsible for your personal endpoint security. You must maintain absolute confidentiality of your private keys, access credentials, and secure Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) pathways.

8. Force Majeure & Network Anomalies

verdantstonePrivate VerdantStone Private shall not be held liable for any operational latency, settlement delays, or capital friction caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to: systemic blockchain network congestion, native layer-1 protocol failures, third-party liquidity provider deficits, severe global web routing outages, targeted cyber-attacks, or sudden regulatory field shifts.

9. Prohibited Infrastructure Interactions

We strictly enforce permanent network termination and capital restriction for any of the following unauthorized activities:

• Attempting to exploit, reverse-engineer, or inject malicious code into our web environments or smart contract code.
• Utilizing automated bots or external scripts to manipulate platform telemetry or tier access structures.
• Engaging in multi-account sybil attacks to artificially exploit our private partner network.

10. Dynamic Infrastructure Adjustments

To safeguard the overarching performance and sustained yield curves of our clients' portfolios, we reserve the right to dynamically optimize operational parameters, execution rules, and tier thresholds at any time at our sole discretion. It is your responsibility to periodically review this institutional framework to stay aligned with current deployment terms.
